Aldo has worked with roof consultants and design professionals addressing roof restoration needs for public and privately-owned buildings.  The Aldo team works collaboratively with consultants and design professionals making sure that each product solution is suited to the substrate, climate, economic, and environmental requirements for the project.

Interests in saving energy costs and being more sustainable are fueling growth in reflective elastomeric roof coatings. The economic and environmental benefits of cool roof coatings are being embraced by the design community who in turn are recommending reflective elastomeric coatings to their facility manager clients.  Consultants have come to understand that elastomeric coatings provide a water tight system that reflects heat, lowers energy bills, and reduces the tear off material that would otherwise be sent to a landfill

Aldo’s elastomeric coatings have passed stringent ASTM testing, received Energy Star certification, FM Global approvals, Miami-Dade County, Florida Building Code, California Title 24 approvals and are CRRC rated.
