374
This premium brand, contractor grade acrylic coating
is a high solid, fire retardant, thixotropic 100% acrylic elastomer
that is specifically formulated for roof surface waterproofing,
heat and UV reflectivity. ALDOCOAT 374 also offers protection against
premature roof failure. Our proprietary formulation incorporates
unique acrylic resins, reinforcing laminar pigments and non-migrating
fire retardants. The result of professional application in strict
adherence to our specifications is a seamless, monolithic, flexible
waterproof membrane. Common substrates include metal roofs, spray
polyurethane foam, BUR, single ply membranes and modified bitumen.

ALDOCOAT 660 Butyl
ALDOCOAT 660 is a single component, solvent based, elastomeric vapor barier butyl rubber coating. This product is ideal for a variety of substrates, including metal, single ply membranes, polyurethane foam, wood and concrete. ALDOCOAT 660 has exceptional elongation properties making it a superb coating over substrates prone to excessive movement due to thermal shock or other structural issues. This coating also has excellent properties for withstanding ponding water conditions over extended periods of time. In addition, the proprietary and unique polymer formulation contains strong rust inhibitors, eliminating the need for primers on surfaces showing limited corrosion. The overall toughness fo ALDOCOAT 660 make this product the most chemically resistant in the ALDOCOAT product line. ALDOCOAT 660 Butyl also sets up faster than water-based coatings, allowing for a greater window of application during cooler months. The product has proven to be very effective over spray polyurethane foam in coolers and other cold storage applications where vapor drive is an issue.

ALDOCOAT
384
ALDOCOAT 384 is a high solids, fire retardant,
single component aeromatic polyurethane coating, formulated for the protection
of sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam insulation, EPDM and other single ply membranes, and other roofing
surfaces. It's moisture cure property makes it ideal for applications
in warm and humid climates.

725 Acrylic Topcoat
This water-based topcoat is formulated to maintain a bright white finish longer than typical acrylic coatings. ALDOCOAT 725 is ideal for those architectural projects where asthectics play an important role for clients alongside the waterproofing requirements.

650 Acrylic
Smaller projects and mobile home owners require a more cost competitive product than many large commercial and industrial roof restorations. For this very reason, ALDOCOAT 650 is available. Economical yet still a higher quality product than roof coatings that are offered through mass distribution and retail outlets.

ALDOPRIME
720 Neoprene Primer
This is a solvent based primer that acts as both a rust inhibitor and a contact cement to maximize adhesion for the ALDOCOAT product of choice being applied. ALDOPRIME 720 has been very effective on metal decks, aged BUR and spray polyurethane foam projects where a primer is required. The product is typically colored black for quick set up but also is available in gray.

If a project requires water-based, environmentally friendly products, we offer ALDOPRIME 708. This is a water based primer that assists in adhesion for all ALDOCOAT coatings applied while offering protection against mild surface rust.

624
For smaller projects requiring a cost effective primer, ALDOPRIME 624 is an excellent choice. A solvent based product capable of inhibiting rust and creating greater adhesion, ALDOPRIME 624 does a great job. This product is also very popular among our private label clients.

ALDOSEAL
750 Acrylic Seamseal
ALDOSEAL 750 is the product required for sealing fasteners and seams on metal roofs. This product is also used on various substrates in detail work such as roof penetration sealing. This is a water-based trowel grade seam sealer proven over time to be very effective and environmental friendly.
ALDOSEAL
747 Butyl Seamseal
ALDOSEAL 747 is the trowel grade version of our ALDOCOAT 660 Butyl coating. This is a seam sealer that offers a greater window of application in the cooler months than acrylic products and provides excellent sealing capabilities for all areas of possible water penetration, including fasteners, horizontal and vertical seams and most roof penetrations.
ALDOSEAL
1602 Seam Seal Tape
Our general rule of thumb on metal roof seam areas is that if the panel gap is greater than 1/4" but less than 1/2", it must be taped. ALDOSEAL 1602, a fabric backed butyl adhesive peel-and-stick product, provides exceptional sealing capabilties. The fabric backing offers an excellent, absorbent surface for the ALDOCOAT product of choice and is designed to be coated, preferably the same day.
