There are countless numbers of metal structures built within the last 25 years all across the country. These metal roof systems, left untreated, are now experiencing leaks as they approach the end of their service lives. A complete removal is both costly and an unwanted business interruption to the owner. Installing a premium grade Energy Star Rated ALDOCOAT Coating System meets budget constraints and allows the facility to function as is while the work is ongoing.

The installed advantages include lowering the surface temprature by up to 50%. This greatly reduces the movement of the metal caused by thermal shock (the heating and cooling of the surface within a 24 hour period) which can otherwise cause premature roof failure. By doing so, the interior temprature can be lowered as well. The project at right is a large, commercial warehouse building with multiple tenants. The ownership group needed to address the leaking and aging roof without disturbing the ongoing business inside.
